If you would like to e-file your individual return, please open the e-file PDF form. Print out the form, fill out the information and either return it to Vicki Petti via fax at 410-418-4737 or by regular mail (use the envelope that came with the letter). Be sure to include your banking information if you would like to authorize electronic payment or debit. You may also elect to receive your refund or to pay any tax due electronically even if you opt not to e-file. Simply fill out the same banking information and check option 2.
