David is the Chair of the firm’s Tax Department. He works extensively with high net worth individuals to achieve estate planning goals and reduce income taxes. He concentrates his efforts with the firm’s business clients in the areas of tax and succession planning.
In addition, David has taught college level accounting courses. He has authored several articles for the local newspapers and the Tax Management Real Estate Journal. He also conducts seminars and has appeared on local TV and radio shows discussing various tax issues.
A graduate of American University’s Kogod School of Business, David holds a Masters of Science degree in Taxation. His professional affiliations include: membership in the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the Maryland Society of Accountants (MSA).
