Larry is Director of the Human Resources Department and a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He has been with BGR for over 30 years. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a Fortune 500 company and was an integral part in the formation of a National Accounting Resolutions Board, whose purpose was to solve complex accounting and tax matters.

Larry is considered knowledgeable in a variety of accounting disciplines including auditing, tax, and business consulting services. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in charge of the firm's practice in the detection, investigation and deterrence of fraud and white-collar crime. His expertise is recognized and appreciated by clients in the fields of manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, automotive dealerships, and professional service organizations.

He received his BS degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). His civic involvement and leadership includes being a co-founder of the Maryland Spinal Cord Injury Association established in 1989. He has served as board member and advisor to a variety of educational, civic, and charitable organizations.
