Richard David has been with the Firm since 1968. He is currently Director of the Continuing Education Department and is Chair of the Firm's Auditing and Quality Control Departments.

Richard is widely recognized for his expertise in audit, tax, and financial planning, while possessing extensive experience in LIFO valuations. This broad background enables him to serve clients in the automotive, real estate, and distributor industries.

Richard received his BS degree from Georgetown University in Business Administration, an MBA degree from George Mason University, and is a CFP from the College of Financial Planning. His professional affiliations include membership in the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). His civic involvement includes the Fraternal Order of Eagle, Loyal Order of Moose, and the American Legion.
